Cake by Jen was started in 2007 when i decided i was tired of spending money having someone ELSE make my children's birthday cakes. My son was approaching his 1st birthday and I decided it was time for Mommy to make the cake. I enrolled in the Wilton Cake Decorating classes, and was shocked at how much I enjoyed decorating!! After the 1st class, i was addicted and have not stopped decorating since then!
